What is Kneat Academy?

Founded in 2020, Kneat Academy is the accredited training body for Kneat Gx — the world’s leading cloud-based validation software platform. Our certified courses cover every competency level, from fundamental to expert. They’re designed for a wide range of learners: from students entering the industry to seasoned validation engineers and quality assurance professionals.
Each course blends theory and practical application, with guided, hands-on use of Kneat Gx throughout. Our Instructor Team — located across Europe and North America — has educated thousands of trainees in over 20 countries.
The complete 2026 course catalog
Enhanced in 2026: Three eLearning courses
Review & Approval (1.5 hours | eLearning, self-paced)
Updated for 2026, the Review & Approval course is built for Reviewers and Approvers who work in Kneat Gx but don’t require full End User training. It covers General Navigation, Document Reviewing, Approval Workflows, and Reporting. There are no prerequisites, and the course is completely free.
If you plan to take the full End User course in the future, we recommend starting there — the two courses share significant content.
Administration (1.5–2 hours | eLearning, self-paced)
Also enhanced for 2026, the Administration course is designed for the people responsible for managing their organization’s Kneat Gx platform. It covers creating and modifying User Accounts, Access Groups, User Groups, and Workspaces, as well as using the Audit Trail and other essential administrative tools. No prerequisites required.
Entities (4 hours | eLearning, self-paced)
Launched in 2025, the Entities course gives End User graduates a comprehensive understanding of all Entity types in Kneat Gx. It covers how and when each is used, including Reporting and Power User setup. It’s recommended after End User and before Power User 1, but can be taken after Power User training if needed. Sections are fully optional, so learners can explore the content they need.
The core progression pathway
Kneat Academy’s “ladder system” provides a clear, structured pathway from fundamental to expert. Here’s how the main progression courses work.
End User (3–4 hours | eLearning, self-paced)
End User is the starting point for new Kneat Gx users. It teaches key fundamental skills and best practice techniques in digital validation using the core features of Kneat Gx. Delivered entirely online through Kneat Academy’s Learning Management System (LMS), the course uses video demonstrations and practical “test me” exercises. No previous knowledge of Kneat Gx is required.
The 2026 End User course is available in:
- Chinese
- French
- German
- Italian
- Japanese
- Spanish
“The End User Certificate program was surprisingly robust and really helped me hit the ground running with Kneat Gx after it was implemented at our site.”
-— End User Trainee
Power User 1 (8 hours over 2 days | Live virtual)
Power User 1 is a fully interactive, instructor-led live virtual course. It builds on End User skills and teaches key intermediate competencies — including document template creation, Section Group Templates, and a strong working understanding of Kneat Gx’s three core elements. Prerequisite: End User certificate.
“Becoming a Power User gave me a far more advanced command of Kneat, which has been useful overseeing a team of Validation Engineers across a small group of sites.”
— Power User Graduate
Power User 2 (16 hours over 4 days | Live virtual)
Power User 2 is an advanced instructor-led live virtual course, delivered across four four-hour sessions over three weeks. It’s designed for users who have spent considerable time working with Kneat Gx and want to demonstrate expert-level competency. Enrollment is by invitation only. Prerequisite: Administration, End User, Entities, Power User 1 certificate, and Power User Level 2 Assessment Form.
“Power User 2 gave me the skills needed to independently map and create new processes in Kneat, which has been invaluable in helping our organization scale Kneat quickly to new processes.”
— Power User 2 Graduate
Super User (40 contact hours + 40 hours of project work | In-person traineeship)
Super User is Kneat Academy’s highest level of certification. This 10-week in-person traineeship is designed for Kneat Service and Deployment partners who want to deliver certified training to their clients. It combines live instruction with a project presentation to the Kneat Process Quality Review board. Prerequisite: Power User 2 certificate, pre-course assessment, and Kneat Service Partner status.
“The Super User Certificate Program has transformed how our organization trains staff on Kneat Gx across the entire business. It’s allowed us to centralize and manage training internally — helping us to roll out to sites even faster.”
— Super User Graduate
Why Kneat Academy?

Kelsey Phillips, Trainer in Operations at Kneat Academy, sees the expanded 2026 catalog as a direct response to how customers use Kneat Gx in practice.
“Not every user needs the same depth of training. A Reviewer who approves documents has very different needs from a System Administrator or a Validation Engineer. The new courses let us meet people exactly where they are — giving them the specific skills they need, without asking them to sit through content that doesn’t apply to their role. It’s about making certified Kneat Gx training as accessible and practical as possible.”
— Kelsey Phillips, Trainer in Operations, Kneat Academy
