Olivia is an experienced process validation expert, with years of first-hand experience running multiple validation activities in life science manufacturing.

Based in Cleveland, Ohio she works with Kneat customers to augment and streamline their process validation programs as well as lead customers in Initial Deployments of Kneat Gx for a variety of validation disciplines. She is skilled in Process Improvement, Customer Service, and Regulatory Compliance.

Olivia is a strong Quality Assurance professional with a bachelor’s degree in chemical engineering from The University of Toledo.

Stan Van Kerkhoven

Since 2023, Stan van Kerkhoven has been Practice Leader at ALTEN Belgium, combining his pharmaceutical expertise and leadership to help clients navigate industry challenges. With a background as a Bio-Engineer, Project Manager, and experience as a Validation and Senior Process Engineer in major pharmaceutical companies, he brings both technical depth and practical insight. Stan is focused on enabling safer, more efficient medicine delivery to accelerate patient access. Currently, he guides clients through the upcoming USP regulatory requirements, promoting a risk-based, time-efficient roadmap ahead of the May 2026 deadline to streamline compliance and support smarter decision-making.
