He joined Kneat in January 2019 as a Technical Process Validation Engineer, digitizing the validation processes of some of the world’s leading Pharma and Biotech companies, as well as providing consultancy for customer and Partner growth and expansion. Today, Paul is Partner Success Manager at Kneat, where he continues to support our Partners in various capacities, including the onboarding of new Partners and Partner development.

Shanta Latchumy Geevaretnam, Lead Engineer, No deviation

Shanta has over nine years of experience in Commissioning, Qualification, and Validation activities in the pharmaceutical industry. She has held both Consultant and End User roles throughout her career and has in-depth knowledge of GMP. Shanta is a Kneat Academy Super User and holds a Degree in Biotechnology from AIMST University, Kedah, Malaysia.
