The solution
Validation Engineer Warren Ware turned Kneat Gx eLogbook functionality into a calibration master database. Instrument entities, templates built with the calibrations team, and a live scheduling report replaced paper certificates and spreadsheets.
The results
Colgate-Palmolive Cambridge digitized 650+ instruments in about 90 seconds and now runs 100% paper-free calibration certification. Audit-ready records take seconds to find, and Colgate-Palmolive is standardizing the model for global deployment.
