Michael Sweeney
Michael has over 10 year experience in both green & brown field projects work in commissioning, qualification and validation of systems. He has worked on multiple with projects and for the last 4 years has been in managerial roles leading teams to meet tight project deadlines.
Michael is PM Group’s CQV EVAL lead. In this role he manages PM Group’s Kneat instance that is used for the creation and execution of project validation documents. He also supports clients in the delivery of their own Kneat instance, bringing power user experience and the understanding of potential efficiencies and road blocks.
Michael’s EVAL team has a silver partnership with Kneat and is made up of various power users across PM Groups global offices.
