Mr. Osborne has been a key member of the Kneat team and played an instrumental role in the transaction resulting in the public listing of Kneat Solutions Limited in 2016. Mr. Osborne was a well-respected board member of several companies including Ryanair and Eason, a former managing partner at one of the top legal firms in Ireland, A&L Goodbody, where he practised law for many years and a trusted business advisor to countless companies and colleagues within Ireland and abroad. “Kneat’s board of directors and management team is deeply saddened by the news of James’ passing and expresses its sincere condolences to his family.
