January 22, 2020 | Kneat Expands Into Additional Green Workspace in Limerick

LIMERICK, Ireland January 22, 2020 – Kneat has signed a new lease agreement to occupy 12,700 sq. ft. at Hawthorn House, further expanding its head office footprint within the National Technology Park in Limerick, Ireland.

The additional office space at Hawthorn House will accommodate up to 100 Kneat employees, complimenting the existing Kneat offices at the Castletroy Business Park, also located within the National Technology Park.

Hawthorn House is built to high sustainability standards, representing Kneat’s commitment to environmentally friendly business practice.

The €12M Hawthorn House development, completed in late 2019 comprises 56,000 sq. ft. of modern green office space over four-storeys located within a hub of global life sciences companies and adjacent to the University of Limerick.
