January 06, 2020 | Kneat Launches Training Arm “Kneat Academy”

LIMERICK, Ireland January 06, 2020 – Kneat is pleased to announce the launch of its newly established training arm, Kneat Academy.

Kneat Academy will provide a certified training curriculum comprising four certificate levels that range from entry level to expert, for new and existing Kneat Customers and Partners.

The aim of the new training arm of Kneat is to streamline training provision through its Partners and establish an official, recognized training standard for Kneat Gx.  Course materials for all certificate levels have been composed by paperless validation expert and Kneat Director Operations, North America, Rick Mineo.

“Each of the course levels – End User, Power User Level 1, Power User Level 2 and Super User – have been designed to suit a specific user type needed at different levels of an organization’s use, deployment or expansion of Kneat Gx,” said Mr. Mineo.

“For example, Super User level courses will train and enable Partners to become Certified Trainers, arming our Partner Network with the capability to provide certified entry level and moderate level training courses to Kneat Customers and users. While the entry level course ‘End User’ will provide foundation skills, which are expanded by the moderate to advanced level Power User courses.”

With the establishment of Kneat Academy, Kneat aims to ensure only the highest standard of training is consistently delivered to all customers and partners, assuring the best long-term outcomes for deployments.

Enrollments are now open for all course levels for 2020.
